UX design is not just about creating beautiful interfaces. It is about understanding people, identifying the right problems, and designing experiences that genuinely work.
This course takes a thinking-first, practical approach to UX design, helping you understand the reasoning behind professional UX decisions rather than simply teaching you a fixed process or a design tool.
We begin with the foundations of UX and gradually move into human behavior, psychology, cognitive biases, user research, interviews, personas, problem definition, decision-making, and UX strategy.
You will then learn how to translate research into design through information architecture, content grouping, user flows, navigation, conceptual models, affordances, signifiers, Gestalt principles, interaction design, and usability principles.
The course also covers UX writing, accessibility, prototyping, and usability testing, helping you understand how to evaluate and improve your designs instead of stopping at the first version.
Throughout the course, concepts will be connected to real-world products, practical exercises, and design problems so that you learn how to think through a problem rather than simply follow instructions.
The course is suitable for beginners, aspiring UX designers, UI designers looking to strengthen their UX foundation, students and professionals transitioning into UX.
No prior UX experience is required. Basic computer knowledge is sufficient. A laptop is recommended for practical sessions, and Figma will be introduced as the design tool used during the practical stages.
By the end of the course, you will work through a complete UX project—from research and problem definition to information architecture, design, prototyping, testing, and iteration—and learn how to present your work as a professional UX case study.
The goal is not simply to teach you how to make screens.
It is to teach you how to think before you make them.
