This class is designed for UGC NET Management aspirants who want a clear and strong understanding of Unit 1: Management – Concepts, Functions and Principles. It is ideal for students preparing for Paper II, MBA/BBA graduates, working professionals, and those attempting the exam for the first time. The class focuses on building conceptual clarity and helping learners approach MCQs with confidence.
In this course, students will learn the evolution of management thought, classical and modern theories, Fayol’s and Taylor’s principles, levels and roles of managers, and the core managerial functions—planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling. Each concept is explained with real-life examples, simple breakdowns, mind maps, and expected exam-type questions.
Students do not need to bring anything except a notebook and willingness to learn. Study materials, summaries, previous year question patterns and weekly practice quizzes will be provided. By the end of this module, learners will be able to answer questions accurately, understand theory deeply, and build a strong base for the remaining units of the UGC NET Management syllabus.
