The students get confused as the topics in psychology are large. Most would be sitting for the NET after 5 years of psychology or having done some related subject in undergraduation and then 2 years of PG in psychology. Each university and college differs in curriculum. The core specialization could be either general, clinical, child , industrial, counseling and lot more. The NTA NET is having a common syllabus. So, a student who is specialized in industrial might find abnormal psychology hard. The questions aren't of much depth in any single speciality. The questions comes from basic principles of psychology that one would have learn in 1st year of under graduation. The level of questions are analytical and so a serious preparation would require a wide knowledge in all areas of psychology starting with the basic principles. This course will help the student to approach the topics and learn to answer analytical questions.
