The Infinite Edge is a 50-hour live placement readiness programme that takes post-graduate students from nervous first impressions to recruiter-ready confidence. It is built on one idea: a campus interview is a brand pitch, and the student is the brand. Before you can win the room, you have to see yourself as a professional worth hiring — because presence is an inside job.
This is a live cohort programme, not a recorded course. We meet twice a week across 25 sessions of two hours each, over roughly three months. Every session is practice-heavy — group discussions, recorded interviews, on-the-spot thinking drills, and individual feedback. Nothing is lecture-only, because confidence and clarity are capabilities you build through practice, not information you're handed.
What the programme covers:
Inner readiness — professional self-image, confidence under pressure, and composure, woven through the entire course so the way you present matches what you actually know.
LSRW — listening, speaking, reading and writing: clear spoken English, structured thinking, impromptu speaking, and professional writing under time pressure.
The placement arena — this is where the majority of our time goes. A recruiter-ready resume and LinkedIn profile, a STAR-format interview story bank, group discussion mastery, aptitude and psychometric readiness, company research, and HR, behavioural and panel interview craft. The programme builds toward a full mock placement drive — aptitude test, GD and interviews — scored the way recruiters actually score, so you know your readiness before companies arrive.
Who it's for: post-graduate students (MBA, MCA, M.Tech, M.Com, M.Sc and allied programmes) preparing for campus recruitment.
Because group discussions and panel simulations need a real room, this runs as a small live cohort — you learn by practising with and against your peers, not by watching alone.
By the end, every student leaves with a recruiter-ready resume and LinkedIn profile, a rehearsed 60–90 second professional introduction, a bank of interview stories, and the composure to walk into any interview and hold it.
