This class is for all age group and people who have some body pain.
I will teach you meditation, focusing on proper breathing techniques, that result in cleaner blood circulation, reduced heart diseases, and an overall glowing skin. It would include a variation of kapaal bharti, anlom vilom and brahmari.
I am also proficient and would teach you power yoga. It is crucial to improve body strength, core, stronger joints. These yoga techniques need to be taught the right way, which I feel I have the right knowledge and experience to do so.
After this class, I will talk to each on of you to deeper understand any pain points(mentally or physically) that need to addressed and repaired.
