This workshop is designed to help you go beyond traditional meditation techniques and experience a deeper state of stillness and inner quietness—a space where the mind naturally slows down without effort.
The session begins with a 20–30 second voice recording, which is analysed using JVScan to identify patterns such as mental overactivity, emotional noise, and inner restlessness. This provides clarity on why it may feel difficult to relax or experience silence, even during meditation.
Based on this awareness, you are guided into a gentle and structured process to enter stillness naturally, without force or control.
You will experience a guided Inner Genie meditation, designed to shift your attention inward and help the mind settle on its own. This is supported by soft sound therapy, which helps calm the nervous system and create the right internal environment for silence to emerge.
Unlike active techniques, this process focuses on allowing silence rather than trying to create it. You learn how to rest in awareness instead of engaging continuously with thoughts.
To support this state, the workshop introduces simple tools such as affirmations and switch words, used in a minimal and balanced way to reduce mental noise and support inner calm.
You will also be guided through subconscious programming principles, helping you understand how repeated mental patterns can be softened over time, allowing deeper stillness to develop naturally.
The session includes awareness of brain wave relaxation states, helping you recognise when your mind is moving into a calmer, more receptive mode.
For additional support, Bach flower remedies and aroma oils are introduced to help ease mental tension and promote relaxation at a subtle level.
Concepts such as DNA and quantum activation are explained in a simple, accessible way, focusing on awareness and inner alignment rather than complexity.
