Spoken English (Basic) for beginners

1. Topics for spoken English course include:

• Why are you afraid of English?
• Confidence building blocks
• Pattern practice
• Foundation and sentence building
• MTI and SVA - With simple Activity
• Colloquial language mannerisms
• Question formation
• Daily life Vocabulary with Activity
• Conversation Building
• Basic tenses
• Ordering vs requesting
• Common errors
• Role play - Activity
• Story building
• Common errors
• Formal vs informal language
• Mock dialogue - Activity
• Voice Modulation
• Activity - Talk about general topics- Student's choice of topic
• Practice with student volunteers with immediate feedback
• Revision after every 10 sessions - Total 3

There will be 20-30 minutes of after class practice work for students
Practice sheets will be given to students, they can submit and ask for feedback

Number of classes per week - 4 days a week, 1 hour per session

Students are requested to participate actively, ask doubts and revise for the course to be effective

Seperate days will be alloted only for doubt clearing and practice on topics taught during the course
