What is Somatic Spirituality?
Somatic spirituality is a gentle approach that works directly with the body and nervous system, not just the mind.

This session helps you become aware of these sensations and release them, so you feel more grounded, calm, and connected.

- A 20–30 second voice sample is recorded
- Voice analysis (JVScan) helps identify:
- Emotional stress patterns
- Areas of internal imbalance
