Social Science classes

The course is designed for CBSE 9th graders who are curious to learn more about their social science subjects. I assume that as students of the CBSE board, you are studying economics, political science, history and geography as part of your social science syllabus. Depending on the subject you wish to study, each lesson will have several objectives which we will attempt to fulfil over the course of our lessons together. There will be regular tests followed by an analysis of previous year papers. It will be helpful if you can gather the previous year question papers of your school beforehand from your seniors and read the chapters before coming to class. In case of any difficulty, I will be there to assist you. I am aware that NCERT is currently revising the content of its books. I would need you to inform me about these changes so that no time is wasted in figuring out what to study. Do let me know the books you use as part of your curriculum. It is obvious that the syllabus might vary from school to school although the curriculum is same for all. There can be surprise tests too! Trust me, there will not be any scolding. It is just for the sake of your progress. Quiz sessions and detailed discussion on selected topics will be integral to the course. The last ten to fifteen minutes will be used for discussing doubts if any.
