This Master Class is for beginner's. Intermediate students are also invited to practice. Class will include twelve basic Asanas which will help you to keep healthy and flexible. Kriya, Pranayama and Surya Namaskar is also included in the class. Asanas will be inversions, Forward Bend, Backward bend, Spinal twist, Balance Asana and Standing Asanas. There should be a gap of two hours between your meal and practice. Students will need a Yoga Mat to practice on. Keep your phone in such a way so that I can see you properly. Proper demonstration will be included before practice the particular asana. Students are advised to do it in a comfortable manner. Try not to overstretch or something. My qualifications are 500 Registered Yoga Teacher from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Academy and Yoga Wellness Instructor under GOI. My experience in Yoga field is around two and a half years. Currently I'm Taking Personal, Group and Prenatal Yoga classes.
