Assignment 1: Participants will be given an assignment to reflect on their current self-image and identify areas they would like to improve in terms of self-confidence and self-esteem.
Day 2: Building Self-Confidence (90 mins)
Session 3: Self-Discovery and Self-Acceptance (45 minutes)
Session 4: Positive Self-Talk and Overcoming Self-Doubt (45 minutes)
Assignment 2: Participants will be assigned a self-reflection and positive self-talk exercise to practice and present during the workshop.
Day 3: Enhancing Self-Esteem (90 mins)
Session 5: Self-Esteem Building Techniques (45 minutes)
Session 6: Assessment and Assignment (45 minutes)
Assignment 3: Participants will receive an assignment to set personal goals for enhancing self-esteem and present their plans during the final session.
Day 4: Assessment, Assignment, and Certificate (90 mins)
Final Session: Assessment, Assignment, and Certificate (90 mins)
Certification: A certificate of completion will be awarded to participants who attend all sessions, actively engage in the activities, and submit their assignments. The assignments focus on applying and reflecting on interpersonal skills and self-care in real-life situations.
