About this Class
This course is designed for students, working professionals, and supply chain practitioners who want to strengthen their understanding of Supply Chain Planning and prepare for the CPIM certification.
With over 12 years of industry experience and currently working in Regional Supply Planning at SABIC, I bring practical insights from global manufacturing and supply chain operations. The sessions combine core planning concepts with real-world examples covering demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, inventory management, procurement planning, warehouse operations, and supply chain performance.
The objective of this course is to build conceptual clarity rather than memorization. Every session includes practical business scenarios, case studies, interview-oriented discussions, and industry best practices to help learners apply concepts confidently in their careers.
This course is ideal for:
- Professionals preparing for the CPIM certification.
- Students aspiring to build a career in Supply Chain Management.
- Working professionals looking to enhance planning and inventory management skills.
- Individuals preparing for supply chain interviews or career transitions.
No prior supply chain experience is mandatory, although a basic understanding of business operations will be helpful. Participants only need a laptop, a notebook, and a willingness to learn.
