You can Learn from basics of swaramala, the concept of indian music - That, Raga etc, Learn Songs to improvising a Taan.
You can also learn through Harmonium, the basics principle of Keys and a bit of Western Classical Music Theory in context of traditional Indian notation Theory. Learning a Song will include the Main melody of the song, Accompaniments and also how to Improvise yourself with that idea of that composition.
Those of you who already have a little understanding and begun their journey with this instrument, will get gradual finger and swar exercises to be able to attempt for a higher level of compositions. There will also be basics like understanding of Sur, Taal, Naad etc and elementary practices through songs.
The applicants must have an instrument of their own and need to be able to allot some time for the practice consistently for the result to start showing.
