The Free Master class is for any pregnant ladies who have finished 13weeks of pregnancy and has consent from a gynaecologist to practise yoga, with no major complications. (Slip disc, high bp, Diasistis recti)
The classes are conducted by certified pregnancy yoga teacher who has a Masters in yoga, from Bengaluru
Things to bring to the class:
1. A positive mindset
2. A yoga mat, water bottle, cushions/fat pillow, yoga strap/dupatta
3. Practice in a properly ventilated area with no disturbance around
4. An updated Google meet app, yoga mat to be placed horizontally and facing the camera.
5. Few nuts or fruit is advisable before the practice and not heavy meal or breakfast
