Sincerely apologize for such unpleasant experience, sometime there may be fluctuation with network, but I was glad your child attended the entire class, could understand and solve worksheet by the end of the class on his own with out any mistake. To get yourself clear maam why the link audio gets connected with you phone and the same link is not giving you proper audio on your tablet device, kindly contact urban team to solve your problem.
