Painting Basics for Beginners

This painting class is designed for students who wish to build a strong foundation in fine arts and explore their creativity through different mediums. The class is suitable for beginners as well as intermediate learners, especially those between the ages of 10 to 25 who are eager to learn drawing and painting techniques. Students will learn the basics of sketching, shading, perspective, and composition, followed by practical training in oil, watercolor, acrylic, and charcoal painting. Traditional Indian art forms such as Madhubani, Warli, Gond, and Kalamkari will also be introduced to help students appreciate cultural diversity in visual arts. The class encourages imagination, color theory, and storytelling through painting, guiding learners to express themselves confidently. Students are required to bring basic materials such as pencils, brushes, colors, and canvas. By the end of the course, they will have developed both technical skills and creative confidence to produce original artworks.
