Nagesh Hiregoudar is a distinguished Yoga Therapy Consultant at the Satwa Yoga Therapy Centre in Mangalore. With extensive training from renowned institutions like the Bihar School of Yoga and Sivananda Yoga, he brings deep knowledge and ethical standards to his teaching. Nagesh holds a Master's degree in Yogic Sciences from the University of Mangalore and is actively engaged in research on occupational stress and job burnout among bank employees. His passion for yoga's scientific basis drives his commitment to both practice and study. He has trained 1000+ people so far.
