Points to be remember 💫
1. Remain empty stomach.No Tea, no coffee, no water. BCompletely empty*
2. Trim the nails
3. Be in loose comfortable clothing and keep Yoga mat or bed sheet and small Napkin for your self
4. Keep a water bottle
5. Be ready 15 min before so that we can start the session on time.
6. Keep a small towel
7. You can have food after 50 min after the session.
8. Please keep you mobile phone or laptop charged or keep connected to power plug
