Objective: To equip participants with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to identify and overcome limiting beliefs for personal growth.
Day 1: Introduction to NLP and Limiting Beliefs (2 hours)
Session 1: Workshop Overview and Audience (30 minutes)
Session 2: Understanding NLP and Limiting Beliefs (1 hour)
Assignment 1: Participants will be asked to identify and document a limiting belief they want to overcome during the workshop.
Day 2: Techniques for Overcoming Limiting Beliefs (2 hours)
Session 3: Belief Reframing and Visualization (1 hour)
Session 4: Anchoring and Positive Self-Talk (1 hour)
Assignment 2: Participants will practice belief reframing and create a positive self-talk routine, documenting their experiences.
Day 3: Advanced NLP Techniques (2 hours)
Session 5: Releasing Emotional Blocks (1 hour)
Session 6: Applied NLP for Overcoming Limiting Beliefs (1 hour)
Assignment 3: Participants will be given an assignment to apply NLP techniques to a real-life situation where they face their identified limiting belief and reflect on the experience.
Day 4: Integration and Personal Growth (2 hours)
Session 7: Integration and Personal Transformation (1 hour)
Assignment 4: Participants will develop a personal growth plan outlining how they will continue to use NLP techniques to overcome limiting beliefs.
Final Session: Assessment and Certificate (30 minutes)
Certification: A certificate of completion will be awarded to participants who attend all sessions, actively engage in the activities, and submit their assignments. The assignments focus on applying and reflecting on interpersonal skills and self-care in real-life situations.
