Assignment 2: Participants will create a vision board or visualization exercise for their chosen goal and document their experiences.

Assignment 3: Participants will be tasked with identifying potential obstacles to their goal and develop strategies to overcome them.
Day 4: Applied NLP for Goal Achievement and Assessment (1.5 hours)

Assessment and Assignment 4: Participants will apply NLP techniques to their chosen goal and document their experiences, reflecting on what worked and what didn't.
Final Session: Assessment and Certificate (30 minutes)
Certification: A certificate of completion will be awarded to participants who attend all sessions, actively engage in the activities, and submit their assignments. The assignments focus on applying and reflecting on interpersonal skills and self-care in real-life situations.
