Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology- An institute at par with IIT s And IIM s has a center exclusively for trainings known as M.P.S.T.E.P ( Madhya Pradesh Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Park) was also a part of his training journey in which he trained engineers into entrepreneurship skills and communication skills.

He is a Trainer (for faculty) for many Engineering colleges of Madhya Pradesh. He has identified the key areas of lacunae in teaching skills in English medium and had been training Bansal institute of Science and Technology, Ayodhya-By Pass into the aspect of Communication Skills.

Innumerable candidates appearing in the U.P.S.C examinations for the positions of I.A.S/I.PS Officers is being trained by him. Dr Bhagat is associated with India,s no-1 training center Rao’s Institute for training in “Facing Interviews”. Many of his products are presently working in the capacity of I.A.S officers, Deputy Collectors, DSP’ s, Indian Revenue services etc.

His latest project is with Shivam group of Hospitals and Dilip Construction (A Company/firm owned by the President of Madhya Pradesh Builders Association) where he has developed new modules of communication skills and grooming based on their requirements.

Dr.Bhagat played a pivotal role in developing I.C.F.A.I National College in Bhopal. The head office gave him the honorary title of regional representative and the academic guide. He motivated the students of the entire Bhopal and adjoining areas to take admissions in the I.C.F.A.I National College Bhopal, which is in tune with the modern corporate requirement. In a short span of 3 months through the process of organizing the student empowerment workshops all over the city, the college was launched with remarkable success.

Dr. Bhagat developed AsL (Adarsh School Of Learning-A corporate training center). With strength of erudite faculty members, rich library, and condensed and meaningful course material, the institute is doing well in the region.

He had been the motivational writer for the Raj Express –A daily newspaper published from Bhopal.

Dr. Bhagat has innovated a concept of bookless education at the school level and is presently working on a Mega Project of a school in Bhopal. With a patch of land stretching 5 acres on the Kolar Road, with 1 acre allotted as a recreational/ entertainment zone, E-Learning for the students and faculty, Dr. Bhagat named it as “Renaissance”- beginning of a new era. That is what it is going to be named as “The Renaissance Public School”
