My SharePoint training approach focuses on building a strong foundation through real-world scenarios and practical, hands-on learning. I start with the basics and gradually guide learners toward understanding how SharePoint Online is implemented, managed, and used in real-time business environments.
I conduct practical workshops where learners can apply concepts themselves rather than just listen to theoretical explanations. I also provide step-by-step guidance and shadowing opportunities, helping learners understand the process and gradually develop the confidence to solve problems independently.
Every learner has a different learning pace, so I adapt my teaching style to their needs. If someone finds a concept difficult to understand, I explain it in different ways using examples, demonstrations, and practical scenarios until they feel comfortable with it.
My goal is not just to teach SharePoint but to help learners think independently, develop problem-solving skills, and gain practical knowledge that they can apply in real-world IT projects. I believe that the best learning happens when students understand the concepts, practise them, and gain the confidence to do things on their own.
