Microskills are the key skills required by any individual, or an Organization in a Counselor/Psychologist who approach with the intention of receiving therapy or hiring. It's essential to have microskills like active listening, Questioning skills, paraphasing skills, and more in a Psychologist to assist their clients better while providing them therapy, and understand how to lead the session in a better and effective manner.
In this class, I'll be teaching the students such skills required, through case studies, role play, videos and brief notes. Not will it give an insight into the world of real therapy, but also provide the students knowledge and space to hold sessions rightfully.
*Please note that this course will not provide a gateway to conducte counseling sessions. This is not a certification course, rather a small workshop to give an idea about how the real world therapy looks like and how it should be performed.
