The course is designed for absolute beginners who have little or no excel knowledge; School and college students who want to strengthen their excel skills; Job seekers who want practical excel knowledge for interviews and office work; Working professionals who want to improve productivity and confidence in handling data.
The course follows a step by step practical approach over 10 structured sessions. Students will learn Excel fundamentals (understanding the excel interface, rows columns and worksheets, formatring cells and organizing data), essential formulas and functions (sum, average, count, if and logical functions, count if and basic data conditions, vlookup/xlookup), data handling skills (sorting and filtering, managing and cleaning data, basic data validation), practical applications (creating an expense tracker, designing a salary sheet, building a simple emi calculater, preparing a abasic sales report), basic reporting(creative charts, understanding simple data analysis).
By the end of the course, students will be able to use Excel confidently for academic, personal, and office related tasks.
Students should have a laptop or a desktop computer, Microsoft Excel software installed, stable internet connection, basic computer knowledge (typing and mouse usage).
All practice files and summary notes will be shared after each session.
