This course will cover all units of legal studies such as Unit 1: Introduction to Political Institutions [Concept of State, Forms and Organs of Government, Separation of Powers]; Unit 2: Basic Features of the Constitution of India [Salient Features of the Constitution of India, Administrative Law]; Unit 3: Jurisprudence, Nature and Sources of Law [Jurisprudence, Nature and Meaning of Law, Classification of Laws, Sources of Laws, Law Reforms, Cyber Laws, Safety and Security in India]; Unit 4: Judiciary: Constitutional, Civil and Criminal Courts and Processes; Unit 5: Family Justice System [Institutional Framework - Marriage and Divorce, Child Rights, Adoption, Property, Succession and Inheritance, Prevention of Violence against Women].

My instruction will foster analytical thinking, which will help students grasp the fundamentals of the law and help them achieve the best grades possible. The class duration will be 90 minutes per day.

additionally, homework exercises will be provided weekly along with two tests a week. it will help maintain consistency and discipline.
