This two-hour workshop is divided into 4 parts:
- Setting the tone & Bringing the awareness (through Initial Relaxation and Breathwork)
- Learn & Get comfortable with Surya Namaskar
- Final Guided Relaxation
- Questions & Answers

- Traditional Hatha Yoga Surya Namaskar
- To connect your breath with the movement
- Proper alignment
Workshop will help you:
- With basic understanding of Surya Namaskar
- With clear instructions throughout the class
- Feel energetic after full body excercise
- Release stress with guided relaxation
Workshop requirements:
- Yoga Mat
- Water bottle
- Wear loose and comfortable clothes
- Good internet for online class
- Notebook and Pen (if you wish you take notes)
Bonus: 15 minutes guided relaxation at the end.
