This ladies-only yoga session offers a safe, supportive, and empowering space designed for women of all levels—from beginners discovering movement to experienced practitioners deepening their practice. The class begins with gentle breathwork that settles the mind and awakens inner ease, followed by smooth warm-ups to release stiffness from the neck, shoulders, hips, and back. The main flow blends strength-building postures, slow vinyasa transitions, and mindful stretches that support core stability, hormonal balance, joint mobility, and overall fitness. Special attention is given to areas women commonly hold tension—hips, lower back, and shoulders—ensuring the practice feels nurturing yet energising. Variations and props are offered so each participant can move comfortably at her own pace. The class closes with calming relaxation to help reduce stress and restore emotional balance.
