Introduction to football includes the basics of the game and the following techniques which helps kids to explore the joy of the game. The game itself works as a ice breaker and helps kids to socialize with other kids while improving there social skills.
The following are the session plan.
*) Warm up/ fun game (10-15 min)
*) Technique/Skills ( 10 - 15 min)
*) Water Break (5 min)
*) 1 vs 1 ( 10- 15min)
*) Game ( 5 vs 5 etc)
*) Cool down
The above session is an hour training. The basics will also be improvised according the age group.
The session also helps with the 4 corners of the game that is Physical, Tactical, psychological,social aspects.
