In this contemporary world during the covid-19 crisis most of the general public understood the value of nursing officer in society but before there was a social stigma in the community that nurses are a assistant to doctors we don't hold any weightage and Identity the scenoro has changed view of public towards the most noble and respectful job that can be perceived by University affliated nursing colleges by doing bachelor of Science in Nursing.. but most of the students are not aware that after the completion of their degree. were and all they have opportunities to work like public health nurse in international NGOs, Government Community health nurse, school health nurse and etc apart from working in hospital and nursing colleges.. so my counseling will benefit most of the nursing students to be goal oriented in there profession to Excel themselves and to prove the society the value they hold in society by their knowledge,professional skills and experience
