This is a single 60-minute working session on how you present yourself on paper.
Most resumes from experienced professionals have the same problem. They list responsibilities rather than showing judgment, and they read like a job description rather than a case for hiring you. LinkedIn profiles tend to be worse, usually because they were written once and never revisited.
Before the session you send me both. I read them properly beforehand rather than reacting live, so the hour is spent on feedback rather than me catching up.
We go through how your experience is currently being read versus how you want it read. Where you're underselling yourself and where you're overexplaining. Positioning for the specific level and roles you're targeting. Your LinkedIn headline and About section, which is where most people lose readers in the first three lines. And what to cut, which is usually more than you'd expect.
You leave with a clear list of changes and the reasoning behind each one, so you can apply the same thinking later rather than needing another review.
Send your resume and LinkedIn link at least 24 hours before the session.
