From Campus to Corporate

This Campus-to-Corporate program is a structured and practical session designed to help students successfully transition from academic life into the professional corporate environment. The session focuses on the complete interview journey—before, during, and after the interview—so that students clearly understand what preparation is required at each stage. It covers what organizations genuinely look for in fresh graduates, the technical, behavioral, and soft skills expected, and how students can position themselves as job-ready candidates.

Participants will gain clarity on resume framing, profile presentation, and the key frameworks required to communicate their strengths effectively. The program also addresses different interview formats and equips students with proven methods to answer common, behavioral, situational, and competency-based interview questions with confidence and structure. In addition, students will learn professional etiquette, mindset management, and post-interview follow-up practices that are often overlooked but critical for success.
