Hi All,
This class is suitable for all yoga enthusiasts and beginners which concentrates on general fitness, immunity boosting asanas and strengthening asanas &sequences which helps in healthy weight loss.
This 1 hour of valuable time also introduces mindfulness with breathing techniques and pranayama.Yoga prayer and chanting will be practiced at the start and end of the class.
Anyone at the age from 14 to 50 can join the class.This class is conducted at early morning as this is the peaceful time to kick start the day and carry the same energy whole day.
Lastly to introduce myself and my inspiration to practice yoga : I believe that yoga helps us physically and mentally in keeping our body and mind synched.Yoga is the only way you can observe your whole body sensations , even the slightest one and acknowledge those. I welcome you guys for this beautiful experience and thank yourself if you made a right choice to attend this class as you are gifting yourself one healthy day :)
