In this class I will start with some streching exercises for your full body strechin
After the streching we will do some sun salutation
After it we will do astanga sunsalutation which is very useful for flaxibility whic is our main moto of this class
After all the sunsalutation we will do savasan for relaxing the boday
after all the exercises at the end we will do pranayam.
