It's a session that reminds us to stay gentle with ourselves while also exploring the myriads limits of our body and mind.
This session is open to everyone, of all age groups- Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced practitioners.

A yoga mat, a bottle of water, comfortable clothing, a smile on your face :)
This is your time to unwind and give your mind and body the rest it deserves! You'll also be able to explore about the vital energy of Prana as we all proceed to pranayama in latter part of the session!
