I am Priya bhandari
Pursuing masters in yoga from University of patanjali.
Conducting this class for fitness and for spreading a general knowledge about yog.
In this class we will learn about the yog benefits and learn how to do yog not yoga .
Yoga develops inner awareness. It focuses your attention on your body's abilities at the present moment. It helps develop breath and strength of mind and body. It's not about physical appearance.
We will focus on weight loss and buliding the strength in the body.
This class is basically for the beginner level students.who wants to know about the yoga and wants to do some basic and gentle movement of asanas and Pranayama .
Advance level we will conduct on another class, another week
For the class
- A good small space.
- A mat .
- A water bottle.
- A hand towel.
- If you have a yoga blocks keep it with you.
- If have yoga wheel keep it with you .
If you have any serious issues or extreme pain in your body please don't sign in .Take rest we will join another class .
