Anybody above the age of 11 years upto 50 years can attend these classes. The classes will include fitness training along with self defence technique and yoga for calm mind and strong body. Trainer has more than 5 years of experience and is a black belt in Taekwondo. She is a government certified Yoga trainer. She has won several medals in state and National level in Taekwondo. She has been learning this art form since the age of six years.
