There are different organizations which are promoting physical hygiene but we tend to ignore our cognitive abilities which are purely controlled by our emotional state.
This module is an attempt to educate and promote the need for a healthy mind. It will exhibit the importance of expressing your emotions. One would also be warned about the ill effect of resisting emotions.
It would also reveal the factors that affect emotional hygiene, the practices which would strengthen it, and the impact of it I.e. the change that it would bring in is simply awe-inspiring.
