Coulomb’s Law: Quantify the force between two point charges using the inverse-square law: F=kq1q2/r2
Electric Field and Flux: Define the electric field as a vector quantity and introduce Electric Flux (phi=EdotDelta ) to represent the flow of the field through an area.
Gauss’s Law: Explain the critical relationship where the total flux through a closed surface equals 1/epsilon0 times the enclosed charge
