The session begins with a 20–30 second voice recording, which is analysed to identify patterns such as mental overload, emotional stress, and restlessness. This helps you understand how your current digital habits are affecting your internal state.
Based on this awareness, you are guided through a step-by-step reset process.
You will experience a guided meditation to reduce mental noise and overthinking, helping your mind slow down and regain clarity. This creates space and reduces the constant stimulation caused by excessive screen use.
To support emotional cleansing, the workshop introduces Ho’oponopono, a gentle and effective method to release emotional buildup, stress, and internal tension. This helps restore a sense of calm and emotional balance.
You will also be guided with Nakshatra-based healing music, which works subtly to relax the nervous system and stabilise emotional fluctuations. Along with this, simple awareness techniques are used to help you reconnect with yourself beyond digital distractions.
Switch words are introduced as quick mental tools that can be used during the day to instantly shift from stress to calm, especially during or after screen use.
For additional emotional support, Bach flower remedies may be suggested (optional), based on your individual patterns, to help manage overwhelm and mental fatigue in a gentle way.
The workshop also includes practical digital reset habits that can be easily applied in daily life—such as setting healthy screen boundaries, taking short reset breaks, and improving sleep by reducing late-night device use.
