6) flash copy : What is IBM's snapshot vs backup vs clone flash copy concepts, How to create them.

7) replication : metro mirror vs global mirror (sync vs async replication)

8) Basic overview of security features like LDAP, encryption.

9) How to configure syslog, snmp, netcool, ntp, ldap.

10) how to upload support logs.

11) how to upgrade the storage device, what has to be checked regarding the compatibilities etc.
