Demo class on Kidnapping

This session will be good for llb students and students appearing for judiciary. Will be teaching you kidnapping in this session in which we will discuss sec 359-361 of IPC along with kidnapping we will discuss abduction and will discuss no of judgement along with that . In this Course we will discuss all the important sections of IPC ,will teach you how to interpret bare Act and how to read judgements as well. Will relate IPC with CrPc as well and in the class notes will be given and along with that will give you the model answer for the questions as well for both direct as well as problem based questions . Will also teach you judisprudical and constitutional essence of the subject and the topics because that enhance ypur answer quality . Once the subject will get over you will be given McQ and subjective test paper as per your need . Depending on the exam you are preparing for .
