Day 1: Introduction to Decision-Making (90 mins)

Assignment 1: Participants will be asked to analyze a real-life decision they are currently facing, applying the concepts discussed in Session 2.
Day 2: Problem-Solving Techniques (90 mins)
Session 3: Problem Analysis and Creativity (45 minutes)
Session 4: Decision-Making Strategies (45 minutes)
Assignment 2: Participants will receive an assignment that challenges them to apply problem-solving techniques to a specific issue or challenge in their life.
Day 3: Ethical Decision-Making and Practical Application (90 mins)
Session 5: Ethical Considerations in Decision-Making (45 minutes)
Session 6: Assessment and Assignment (45 minutes)
Assignment 3: Participants will receive an assignment that presents an ethical decision-making scenario and asks them to analyze it from an ethical standpoint.
Day 4: Applied Decision-Making, Assessment, and Certificate (90 mins)
Final Session: Applied Decision-Making, Assessment, and Certificate (90 mins)
Assignment 4: Participants will be asked to reflect on their overall understanding of decision-making and problem-solving and share insights from the workshop. This assignment will be submitted during the final session.
Certification: A certificate of completion will be awarded to participants who attend all sessions, actively engage in the activities, and submit their assignments. The assignments focus on applying and reflecting on interpersonal skills and self-care in real-life situations.
