It's a full body high intense cardio workout . In which we will burn around(800-1000) calories. In this session we will do different different dance forms like Bhangra, merengue, bollywood, bachata, latin etc. So all over it will be fun and burn with dance. I am sure you will enjoy the session. Let me tell about the format first .
we will start with warmup of 2 songs then we will move to the main workout In which we have 13-14 songs. And last we have cool down in which we will relax our body ,will do some stretches. And the entire format is 50 minutes.
