This Master Class is especially for women and girls only.

This class is for those ladies looking for fitness and beauty through daily yoga.

This class will include basic and some advanced yoga asanas. 

The ladies with no yoga knowledge can also join this Master Class.

Through this Master Class, we are trying to motivate ladies to maintain their physical as well as mental health so that they won't get any health issues in future.

Also, this Master Class will help those ladies who are already facing some minor or major health problems.

The Master Class will aslo include some tips for diet.

These tips will be based on ayurvedic, home-based food items which will help students attending this class to have a healthy diet. Through this diet planning, we are also willing to serve you with the knowledge that will improve your overall family diet.
