This private 1-on-1 swimming class is designed to build confidence, strengthen technique, and improve your overall comfort in the water. Over the course of 60 minutes, the session is fully customized based on your skill level—whether you’re a complete beginner learning to float and breathe properly, or an intermediate swimmer working on endurance, speed, and stroke refinement.
The class begins with water confidence and breathing control, helping you relax and move naturally. We then progress to body positioning, floating, kicking techniques, and coordinated arm movements. Advanced students will focus on stroke correction (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke), rhythm, turns, and stamina training.
Safety and learning at your pace are the highest priorities. By the end of the session, you’ll notice a clear improvement in your comfort, efficiency, and confidence in the water...also ideal for posturing and water exercises which will help in body stability as well
