I am a dedicated and passionate educator specializing in Company Law for Company Secretary (CS) students, committed to making legal concepts easy, practical, and interesting to learn. My teaching approach focuses on building strong conceptual clarity along with exam-oriented preparation so that students can confidently handle both academic and professional challenges. I simplify complex provisions of the Companies Act through interactive discussions, practical examples, case studies, and easy-to-understand notes.

In my classes, I cover important areas such as incorporation of companies, share capital, directors and their responsibilities, meetings, corporate governance, compliance management, winding up, and other key legal procedures. I strongly believe that learning law should not be limited to memorization, but should also help students understand its practical application in the corporate world. My goal is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, improving their analytical skills, and gaining confidence to excel in CS examinations as well as in their future professional careers.
