This class is designed for Class 10 students of any board—CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, or State Boards—who are studying Computer Science or Computer Applications as a subject. Whether you are a beginner who finds coding intimidating or an intermediate learner looking to secure top grades in your board exams, this course is for you. I also welcome students who wish to build a strong foundation for pursuing Computer Science in Classes 11 and 12.
Students will master key topics, including programming fundamentals in Java (ICSE/IGCSE) or Python (CBSE), depending on their syllabus. Core areas covered include: variables, data types, conditional statements, loops, arrays, string manipulation, and basic database concepts (SQL). Additionally, we cover theoretical topics like computer hardware, software, networking, and cyber ethics. The course emphasizes both theory and practical programming skills, ensuring students are fully prepared for their board exams and practical assessments.
Students should bring a notebook for taking notes, a pen, and their school textbook or syllabus. For online sessions, a laptop or desktop computer with an internet connection and a working webcam is required.
There are no strict pre-requisites. Basic familiarity with using a computer and an eagerness to learn programming is sufficient. I welcome all students, regardless of their current skill level.
