The student needs to appear for an Psychometric assessment for about 2 hours.

After the report geneation , the student woud be invited to attend the career counseling session for about 60-120 minutes based on the students current status- that will discuss his/her interests,, personality , abiities and recommenadtion of careers based on all. The Psychometric test will be conducted on an external platform an studnet will be given the login id/password for the same. The interaction with student will involve the QnA to uncover the interests and cross check the personality parameters. The career report wil be shared that will highlight the scores across multiple parameters. The Holland's code Holland's Code, also known as RIASEC theory will be the basis for the discussion during the counselling session. Apart from career report, we will also discuss the students strenghts, developmental areas and suggest actons. The learning abilities that will be uncovered will be verba, numerical and abstract skills.
