This is basic class which one can perform easily from any age group.
Bring with you-
yoga mat, water bottle, small towel, small notebook (optional)
We will follow,
Chant, warm up, pranyama, sun salutation then relaxation in sequence .
I am telling you students if you will take this whole session you will feel the importance of yoga in your life not just physically, mentally also.
You will the change before and after class.
This session will relieve your stress, your mind will become more calm.
If you will practice yoga regularly your whole body, mind can harmonise in a proper manner. Which will I Inhand provide you physically and mentally healthy life.
