This session is for age 18 years to 45 years of women specially .In this session will learn 2 kinds of Pranayama along with surya namaskar and few asanas for our stubborn fats followed with a relaxation for 20 minutes.Yoga will not only energies you all it will relax your muscles and mind .
you need to be ready with your yoga mat ,water bottle and small towel .
